Designed once, manufactured in the hundreds.
In Egypt, "custom furniture" usually means a small workshop, one piece and an uncertain date. Hammer works to a different logic: the bespoke design is modelled in 3D, broken down into components cut on Morbidelli and Bacci CNC centres, prototyped once for approval — then manufactured in the hundreds to the same tolerance on an 11,000+ m² site with 150+ specialists. The parametric bench at the top of this page, dozens of CNC-cut solid-wood slats, was made this way in Factory 03.
Our founder's background is in mechanical and mechatronics engineering, and the factory has worked with parametric design and digital manufacturing methods from day one — so we welcome the designs conventional workshops turn down.
What we manufacture to order
- Parametric and sculpted pieces — slatted benches, walls, ceilings and curved screens CNC-cut from solid wood or panels.
- Custom reception desks and bars — curved or free-form with stone or solid-surface tops and equipment integration; see lobby furniture.
- Custom seating and tables — solid-wood or metal chairs, sofas and tables to the designer's design, from prototype to production in the hundreds.
- Bespoke architectural joinery — cladding, staircases, balustrades and wall units with metal details and lighting.
- Custom room sets — hotel rooms, kitchens and wardrobes designed for the project and manufactured at project scale.
- Outdoor and metal structures — pergolas, cabins and timber-and-metal art pieces from the in-house metal shop.
Why scale matters for custom work
The first custom piece is always expensive — modelling, programming and the prototype. The real value of a large manufacturer is that pieces 2 to 500 cost a fraction of that, because the CNC templates, programmes and calibrated finish already exist. That is why designers, operators and developers come to us with one design they want in 40 hotels, 600 units or 30 branches.
How to start
Send a sketch, the designer's drawings or reference images with the quantity. We return a 3D model, material samples, a prototype price, a quantity price and a schedule. We work with interior designers, architects, hotel operators and developers in Egypt, and export to the Gulf. See also contract furniture.
