Hotel and residential kitchens with factory logic.
A hotel or a 300-unit serviced-apartment building needs 300 identical kitchenettes that survive ten years of guests. A 600-unit compound needs 600 kitchens identical in design and materials, sized per unit type and delivered in the finishing sequence. A villa needs a custom kitchen drawn once and executed precisely. At Hammer all of them are manufactured in Factory 01 — the same factory that produces our hotel-room sets — on SCM Gabbiani beam saws, Morbidelli CNC centres and Stefani edgebanding lines, then finished on the automated Cefla line.
We supply and install in Cairo, Giza, the New Administrative Capital, the North Coast and the Red Sea, and matching doors come from the door factory next door.
What we manufacture
- Hotel kitchens and kitchenettes — for serviced apartments, suites and staff areas, with hard-wearing HPL or lacquer fronts and soft-close hardware.
- Compound kitchens for developers — one design per unit type, produced in the hundreds, packed by unit number and installed to the handover schedule.
- Custom kitchens — for villas and penthouses: natural veneer, lacquer or acrylic, islands, stone worktops and appliance integration.
- Fitted wardrobes — hotel and apartment wardrobes with hinged or sliding doors, internal fit-out and lighting.
- Walk-in closets and vanities — walk-in systems and bathroom vanity units in moisture-resistant materials.
Materials and hardware
Moisture-resistant MDF or high-moisture-resistance HMR chipboard carcasses as standard, plywood where specified. Fronts in natural veneer, lacquer, HPL, PET or acrylic, edges banded automatically on SCM Stefani lines. Soft-close hinges, drawer systems and lift-up fittings from the hardware manufacturers the project specifies.
From show apartment to handover
We take the unit plans and materials schedule and return a kitchen design per unit type, front samples and a fully installed show apartment for sign-off. Production is then phased to the handover schedule, each kitchen is packed with its unit number, and our own teams install. See also furniture for developers.
