Why a complete room beats furniture bought piecemeal.
A hotel room is one product, not twenty. When the wardrobe comes from one supplier, the headboard from another and the doors from a third, the differences in veneer, colour and skirting height show up in every room — and the site team spends weeks trying to hide them. A hotel room furniture manufacturer makes the entire set from one specification, one veneer lot and one finishing line, so room 412 matches room 112.
That is what Hammer's Factory 01 was built for: engineered panel production — Morbidelli CNC centres, SCM Gabbiani beam saws and Stefani edgebanding lines — feeding a shared automated finishing line, with a peak capacity of 30 complete room sets a day. Since 2020 we have outfitted more than 2,000 hotel rooms for Red Sea resorts and for hotels such as Flow, Pyramisa and Sunset Pearl.
What a room set includes
- Doors — entrance, bathroom and connecting doors from our own hotel door factory, in the same veneer and colour as the room.
- Fixed case goods — wardrobe, TV unit, desk, minibar housing, luggage bench and shelving.
- Sleeping zone — upholstered or timber headboard, bed base, nightstands and integrated lighting recesses.
- Bathroom — vanity unit, mirror frame, shelving and moisture-resistant doors.
- Surfaces — wall cladding, skirting, feature panels and architectural joinery.
- Loose furniture — solid-wood armchair, table and ottoman from Factory 03.
From mock-up room to 400 rooms
Every programme starts with a mock-up room. We turn the interior designer's drawings into shop drawings and CNC programmes, then build the first room in full — at the factory or on site — for the operator and consultant to sign off before production begins. What is approved in the mock-up becomes the standard every following room is checked against.
Production is then phased to the site programme: rooms are manufactured floor by floor, packed by room number and delivered in the order the installation teams need — so 400 rooms are not sitting on site waiting for the flooring.
Renovations and export packages
For operating hotels, we pre-manufacture rooms to cut the closure window: a room is installed in days, not weeks. For export to the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, knock-down units are flat-packed, labelled by room number and containerised ready to move from the quay to the floor.
