Hospitality furniture manufacturing is its own discipline. A hotel buys in hundreds, expects the last room to match the mock-up, and needs doors, rooms, lobby and restaurant to arrive in an order that suits the construction programme. Our ISO 9001 certified scope is specifically the production of wooden doors and all hospitality wooden and metal furniture — hospitality is what the factory was built for.
Three factories on one site at Abu Rawash, Giza cover the entire scope: Factory 01 for engineered panels and complete hotel-room sets, Factory 02 for the automated door line, and Factory 03 for solid wood, loose furniture and metal fabrication. All three share one automated Cefla finishing facility — which is what makes a room's door, its headboard and the restaurant chair leave in the same colour and texture.
What we manufacture for hotels and resorts
- Guest rooms — complete room sets: doors, wardrobe, headboard, TV unit, desk, minibar, vanity and cladding — up to 30 rooms a day.
- Doors — guest-room, corridor, ballroom and fire-rated doors — up to 200 a day.
- Public areas — reception desks, lobby wall cladding, bars, feature walls and architectural joinery.
- Restaurants & cafés — solid-wood chairs, tables and banquettes from Factory 03, including bespoke parametric seating.
- Outdoor — timber decking, pergolas, beach cabins and metal structures from the in-house metal fabrication shop.
- Back of house — kitchens and wardrobes for serviced apartments and staff areas.
Why a single hospitality manufacturer matters
One contract, one set of shop drawings, one mock-up room, one delivery schedule. When the door, the wardrobe and the cladding come from three suppliers, the contractor carries the matching, coordination and delay risk. When they come from one hospitality manufacturer, the manufacturer carries it — and we have the machinery and the 150+ specialists to do so.
Egypt and the Gulf
We supply and install across Egypt — Cairo, Giza, the Red Sea, the North Coast and New Alamein — and export to the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, with an active programme under way with a developer in Dubai. Hammer sits on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road with direct access to Egypt's ports. Recent work includes The V in Sahl Hasheesh, rooms for Flow, Pyramisa and Sunset Pearl, and door programmes for Emaar Misr and Innovo.
