Natural wood, to the tolerance of an automated line.
A wooden door is the first thing a guest or an owner touches in any building — and the first thing that gives away the difference between a wooden door manufacturer and a supplier who assembles doors from mixed sources. At Hammer the wooden door is made in full at Abu Rawash: veneer selected from one lot, faces bonded to the core in Italpresse hot presses, squared and bored on the KDT line, then finished on the automated Cefla line — so wood colour and grain match across hundreds of doors.
We supply wooden doors to hotels, villas and residential compounds in Cairo, Giza, the North Coast, the Red Sea and the New Administrative Capital, and export to the Gulf.
Types of wooden doors we manufacture
- Veneered flush doors — oak, walnut, ash or teak, with matching veneer on frame and architraves.
- Lacquered doors — MDF faces in any RAL/NCS colour, matte, satin or gloss, from the automatic spray line.
- Panelled doors — classic or contemporary designs with routed or applied panels.
- Solid-timber doors — entrance and villa doors in solid hardwood from Factory 03 on Bacci machining centres.
- Laminated doors (HPL/CPL) — hard-wearing faces for corridors, back-of-house and large residential programmes.
- Double-leaf and full-height doors — for ballrooms, lobbies and meeting rooms, with matching timber wall cladding.
Timber and veneer
We work with imported natural veneers and solid hardwoods, and match veneer across door, frame, architrave and wall cladding from the same batch. Boards are stored in humidity-controlled conditions, and every door is calibrated on Biesse sanding before finishing so the surface under a clear coat is perfectly flat.
Who we manufacture wooden doors for
Real-estate developers, main contractors, fit-out companies, hotel operators and interior designers in Egypt — and importers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Send us the door schedule or interior drawings and we will return a veneer or lacquer sample and a manufacturing plan. For fire-rated constructions see fire-rated doors; for hotel programmes see hotel doors.
