Joinery cut on CNC, not measured on site.
The difference between a joinery contractor with a factory and one working from a workshop is repeatable precision. Lobby wall cladding, a curved reception desk, timber panels for a 40-metre ballroom — all are surveyed, drawn for manufacture, cut on Morbidelli CNC centres at Abu Rawash, finished on the Cefla line, and arrive on site numbered to go onto their rails. Nothing is made on site except what installation requires.
We are the hotel joinery contractor behind the lobby and ballroom of The V in Sahl Hasheesh, the cladding and wardrobes of more than 2,000 hotel rooms, and restaurant, café and office joinery in Cairo and on the Red Sea.
Joinery we manufacture and install
- Wall cladding and feature walls — veneered, solid-timber or slatted panels with integrated lighting and metal details.
- Reception desks and bars — curved and parametric forms, stone or solid-surface tops, equipment integration.
- Timber ceilings — slatted, suspended and grid ceilings for lobbies and restaurants.
- Wardrobes and fitted units — wardrobes, TV units, bookcases and wall-hung units.
- Doors and opening joinery — doors, frames, architraves and internal screens in the same veneer.
- Bespoke woodwork — staircases, balustrades, screens, CNC-carved pieces and parametric seating.
As a hotel joinery contractor
We work under the fit-out contractor or main contractor, or directly for the operator. We take the interior designer's drawings, provide shop drawings and finish samples, build a sample or a mock-up room for sign-off, then manufacture and install to the site programme. The 150+ team includes engineers, joiners and installers, and finishing is inspected to ISO 9001 before packing.
Beyond hotels
The same capability serves restaurants, cafés, offices, administrative buildings and villas: cladding, bars, ceilings, bookcases, wardrobes and bespoke woodwork, with solid-wood loose furniture from Factory 03. Send us the drawings and we will return a manufacture-and-install plan.
