From the FF&E schedule to an installed room.
The FF&E consultant defines the product precisely: veneer, edge, hardware, fabric, dimensions and item number. An FF&E manufacturer's job is to turn that schedule into hundreds of identical rooms without a single detail getting lost on the way. At Hammer every item follows the same route: shop drawings from the consultant's specification, material and finish samples for approval, a full mock-up room signed off by the operator and consultant, then production across three factories at Abu Rawash and installation by our own teams.
Because we manufacture fixed, loose and doors under one roof, the FF&E package arrives complete from one source — which means one contract, one schedule and one party responsible for matching. Since 2020 we have delivered FF&E for more than 2,000 hotel rooms in Egypt, and now export to the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
FF&E we manufacture
- Fixed furniture — room case goods: wardrobe, TV unit, desk, minibar, headboard, nightstands and vanity.
- Loose furniture — solid-wood chairs, tables, sofas and ottomans from Factory 03, upholstered in-house.
- Doors — guest-room, corridor and fire-rated doors in the same veneer.
- Architectural fixtures — wall cladding, skirting, feature panels and bathroom joinery.
- Public areas — lobby, F&B, spa and meeting-room FF&E.
- Outdoor — pool loungers, pergolas, decking and metal structures.
How we work with FF&E consultants
We take the FF&E schedule, the designer's drawings and the materials schedule. We return shop drawings for each item under its item number, veneer, lacquer, fabric and hardware samples, and an approval schedule. The mock-up room is built at the factory or on site and adjusted until final sign-off — then the specification is frozen and production starts. Every item is inspected to ISO 9001 before being packed by room number.
In Egypt and for export
Inside Egypt we install with our own teams, floor by floor. For export to the Gulf we supply the FF&E package packed by room number with installation drawings and site supervision where needed. See also the hospitality furniture manufacturer page for the full hotel scope.
