A lobby is one composition, not a catalogue of pieces.
The lobby is where the next booking gets decided. The reception desk and the wall behind it, the seating guests wait on, the tables, the feature bench that ends up in the photographs — all of it has to read as one piece. That is why Hammer manufactures lobby furniture across its three factories together: wall cladding and the reception desk from the panel factory, seating and tables from the solid-wood factory, metal frames and bases from the metal shop — all finished on one Cefla line.
The parametric bench at the top of this page — dozens of CNC-cut solid-wood slats assembled into one wave — stands outside a restaurant in Egypt and was made in Factory 03. The lobby of The V in Sahl Hasheesh, with its reception desk, feature wall and seating, is among our recent work.
Lobby furniture we manufacture
- Reception desks — straight, curved or parametric, with stone or solid-surface tops and provision for screens and cabling.
- Lounge seating — sofas, armchairs and banquettes on solid-wood or metal frames, upholstered in the project's fabrics.
- Tables — coffee, side, console and communal tables in solid wood, veneer or stone.
- Feature pieces — parametric benches, timber screens and CNC-sculpted pieces from Factory 03.
- Cladding and ceilings — architectural joinery for walls, columns and ceilings with integrated lighting.
- Lobby bar and café — bar counters, back bars and café furniture in the reception's veneer.
For hotels, offices and residential buildings
We manufacture lobby furniture for hotels, resorts, office buildings and residential compounds in Egypt — Cairo, Giza, the New Capital, the Red Sea and the North Coast — and export to the Gulf. We work from the interior designer's drawings: shop drawings, fabric and finish samples, a prototype of any bespoke piece, then production and installation with our own teams.
