An integrated wood and metal manufacturing facility producing doors, hotel interiors, joinery and furniture at scale — engineered to export-grade standards for the world's most demanding hospitality and real-estate projects.
Furniture is not about appearance. It is about the discipline behind every stage of production.
Hammer was built by engineers, not assemblers. Every factory was planned around machine selection, material flow, tolerances and finishing — so that quality is designed in, not inspected after the fact.
That philosophy lets us take on large, complex programmes — hundreds of hotel rooms, thousands of doors, full lobby fit-outs — while holding the consistency that international developers and operators demand.
Each facility is purpose-built around a discipline — and connected to a shared, fully automated finishing line. Together they let Hammer move from raw board and solid timber to installed, export-ready product under one roof.

Kitchens, wardrobes, wall cladding, custom woodwork and complete hotel-room sets — engineered panel production built for volume and repeatable precision.

A fully automated door manufacturing line — from pressing through squaring, hinge and accessory boring, edgebanding and finish — engineered for speed without compromising tolerance.

Solid-timber chairs and tables, loose furniture and metal structures — combining specialist solid-wood machinery with in-house metal fabrication for indoor and outdoor programmes.
Hammer runs advanced, automated production lines from Europe's leading machine builders — calibrated for repeatable, export-grade output at volume.

Precision routing & boring for panels and solid wood.

Automatic edgebanding for a seamless, durable edge.

Automatic spray, UV curing and oven line for a flawless surface.
A shared, automated finishing facility serves all three factories — the stage where engineered tolerances become a flawless, durable surface ready for five-star environments.
Automated spray coating paired with a large horizontal drying oven and UV curing for a consistent, repeatable finish at production volume.
More than three additional Cefla curing ovens give the capacity to run multiple finish programmes in parallel without bottlenecks.
A large dedicated sanding facility with Biesse calibration sanding guarantees dimensional accuracy and a perfect substrate before finishing.
One partner across the full interior and architectural scope — from the door at the entrance to the furniture in the room and the structures by the pool.

A track record measured in thousands — built with developers, contractors and operators across Egypt, and now expanding into export markets.
I founded Hammer in 2020 with the vision of building more than a furniture factory — a manufacturing environment driven by engineering, precision, and a real understanding of what quality means, both technically and to the person who lives with the product.
My background is in Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering from Glasgow, and my work before Hammer revolved around research, development and advanced design methodologies. That shaped how I approach manufacturing: great furniture is the discipline behind every stage — machine selection, factory planning, finishing, tolerances, durability and user experience.
I built Hammer from the ground up to meet international standards, and our focus remains the same — combining technology, manufacturing efficiency and craftsmanship to deliver products that are not only refined to look at, but structurally built to the highest standard possible.

Whether it's a single development or a multi-hotel programme, send us the scope — we'll come back with a manufacturing plan.
