Unit one and unit 3,000 to the same specification.
A developer's problem is not finding a door or kitchen supplier — it is finding a manufacturer who can deliver 3,000 identical units, in building-handover order, without the veneer changing mid-programme or installation slipping in phase three. Hammer was designed for this: an automated door line with a capacity of 200 doors a day, a panel factory producing 30 kitchen or wardrobe sets a day, and our own installation teams — on one site on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road.
We delivered the engineered door programme for Uptown Cairo for Emaar Misr, volume door supply for SAADA by Innovo, and more than 10,000 doors since 2020.
What we manufacture for residential compounds
- Doors — apartment entrance, interior and fire-rated doors in veneer, lacquer or HPL, in the thousands.
- Kitchens — one design per unit type, produced in the hundreds, packed by unit number.
- Wardrobes and walk-in closets — fitted, hinged or sliding, for apartments and villas.
- Bathroom units — vanities and mirror frames in moisture-resistant materials.
- Common areas — building lobbies, clubhouse furniture, restaurant and outdoor furniture.
- Show apartments — full fit-out of show units and sales centres.
How we work with developers
We take the unit plans, the finishing schedule and the phase handover schedule. We return a design and samples per unit type, a fully installed show apartment for approval, a per-unit price and a production schedule tied to the project phases. Veneer and lacquer stock is reserved for the whole programme, each building is manufactured in turn, and every item is packed with its unit number. Installation by our own teams to the handover schedule, inspected to ISO 9001.
For hotel and mixed-use developers
For developers building branded hotels or mixed-use projects we also manufacture complete hotel rooms and hotel fit-out — from the same site and the same team. An export collaboration is under way with a developer in Dubai.
